Your hip measurement and your inseam are the two measurements needed to customize your pants. Using the best fabrics we can find, we take great care with sewing the pant you want. We make two types of pants: sitter pants for wheelchair users, and walker pants for ambulatory people who have trouble with studs and zippers. The sitter pants are higher in the back to accommodate the seated position, while the walker pants are nearly even in the front and the back rise. We make each order custom.
